CRST Cooks: Lemon Garlic Chicken

 

Recipe:

6-8 boneless chicken thighs or legs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon paprika

4 teaspoons garlic 

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 stick butter, diced

Juice of 2 lemons

1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth

Cook 3-4 hours and enjoy!
